Bonus Episode: Tackling Digital Exclusion for Mental Health

In this short episode, we are joined by Will, former Project Manager of Neath Port Talbot Mind’s Money & Me programme, a service which aims to provide people with the skills and confidence to manage their mental health when they experience financial problems.

We are also joined by Lowri, Programme Manager for the Time to Change Wales campaign. Lowri will talk to us about how the campaign reaches out to the digitally excluded to combat mental health stigma in Wales.
